BALLET
Ballet is the cornerstone of strength and technique in a dancer. Based on The Royal Academy of Dancing syllabus, dancers will develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, posture, and grace. Development of creativity, discipline and concentration are an integral part of ballet training and are encouraged and explored through the many ballet classes offered from pre-ballet through professional. Counterpoint Dance Academy is extremely fortunate to have four fully certified Royal Academy of Dance ballet instructors.

JAZZ
Jazz is a fast-paced, dynamic dance form that builds technique and develops flexibility, strength and coordination. Classes focus on barre/center exercises, across the floor technique and progressions with high energy choreography. Jazz helps to build style and encourages expression.
